Setup labor and recurring service boundaries

• Setup fees cover onboarding labor and are generally nonrefundable once work begins.
• Recurring services may be cancelled according to the active service agreement.
• Emergency rescue, migration, custom development, and admin time are billed for labor performed.
• Chargebacks, abuse, or false signups may result in immediate account review or suspension.
